Pastor and First Lady Phuong Lu-Hepburn is the wife of Dr. Durone Hepburn and serves as Co-Pastor of J.U.M.P. Ministries Global Church. She is also the co-founder of J.U.M.P. Global Network and Project Life Inc. and serves besides her husband as JGNTV’s Executive Producer and Operation Management of all three organizations.
